Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (account credentials, software keys, digital subscriptions), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the key has been viewed/revealed.

Because digital items cannot be physically returned or verified as "unused" once transferred, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or incompatibility issues resulting from a failure to read the product description.

2. Exceptions (When Refunds ARE Issued)

We stand by the quality of our products. A full refund or replacement will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Invalid Credentials/Keys: If the product delivered is invalid, already used, or defective at the exact time of delivery. (You must report this immediately).
  • Out of Stock / Non-Delivery: If an automated order fails to deliver and our team cannot manually fulfill the order within our stated delivery timeframe.
  • Major Service Outage: If the underlying service being sold experiences a permanent shutdown before the guaranteed subscription period begins.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or replacement for a defective product, please contact our support team or use the Chat feature in your dashboard within 24 hours of purchase.

You must provide:

  • Your Order ID (e.g. TKT-12345678)
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Clear screenshots demonstrating the issue (e.g. an "invalid password" screen immediately upon first login attempt).

4. Wallet Balance Refunds

Funds deposited into your Bytify Wallet are generally non-refundable and intended solely for purchasing goods on our platform. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis by administration, minus any transaction fees incurred during the original deposit.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We urge you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider (e.g., Paystack). Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming an item wasn't received when our logs prove it was accessed) will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Bytify and all Pado Data GH services.
