Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bytify (operated by Pado Data GH), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on Bytify are digital goods (e.g., account credentials, software keys, subscription activations). Delivery is typically instant or handled within a short timeframe by our administration team or automated systems.

Because these are digital goods that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are considered final unless the product is proven to be defective at the time of delivery.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information (such as your email) when required for product delivery.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts or keys purchased through our platform.
• You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Wallet and Balances

Funds added to your Bytify Wallet are strictly for purchasing goods on our platform. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn to cash or transferred to other users unless explicitly allowed by Pado Data GH administrators.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bytify or Pado Data GH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and freeze any associated Bytify Wallet balance immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Common reasons for immediate termination include: initiating fraudulent chargebacks, attempting to exploit our API/platform, using stolen payment methods, or harassing our support staff.

7. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Bytify to:

• Resell our digital goods on other platforms without our explicit written consent.
• Engage in automated purchasing (botting) to hoard limited-stock items.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of our platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pado Data GH and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pado Data GH.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pado Data GH, its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
